WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ?
This intimate training is for yoga teachers who are ready to take it all to the next level! They are ready to deepen their own practice and learn new tools to refine their craft of teaching.
You must have completed a 200 hour teacher training.
You can perform a headstand (sirsasana), forearm stand (pinchamayurasana), or handstand (adho mukha vrksasana) against the wall for one minute. We are flexible (pun intended!) with this pre-requisite, but due to the physical nature of this immersion it is important for applicants to have a certain level of fitness and body awareness. We understand this can be gauged in different ways and will accommodate accordingly for each individual. OUR 300-HOUR ADVANCED VINYASA PROGRAM:
This is an alignment-based vinyasa teacher training program. We will spend our time diving deep into practical anatomy, alignment philosophies, prop usage, juicy creative sequencing that is intelligently crafted, and immersing ourselves in the history of yoga, spiritualism, philosophy, meditation and pranayama. Our program is led by Duncan Parviainen. This program prides itself on its hands-on, intelligent, engaging and educational lectures that create extremely gifted, strong, passionate and smart yoga instructors and practitioners.
Our program accepts a maximum of only 20 students on an application process, ensuring you receive plenty of individualized instruction during the course with a well balanced group.

Advanced Assisting: offering skillful assists for every practitioner from beginner to advanced
