Considered to be the most powerful of all yoga postures, headstand and shoulderstand are referred to as the king and queen of asana.  Learn the alignment of inverting yourself safely and intelligently. We will use props, discuss anatomy, biomechanics and how to beneficially and safely integrate these inversions into your daily practice.
