WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ?
This intimate training is for yoga teachers who are ready to take it all to the next level! They are ready to deepen their own practice and learn new tools to refine their craft of teaching.
You must have completed a 200 hour teacher training.
You must have completed the 40HR Online Immersion available at www.hovyoga.com/immersion . (These 40hrs contribute to the 300HR program hours)
Have no acute injuries and understand the physicality required for daily vinyasa practices.
MY 300-HOUR ADVANCED VINYASA PROGRAM:
This is an alignment-based vinyasa teacher training program. We will spend our time diving deep into practical anatomy, alignment philosophies, prop usage, juicy creative sequencing that is intelligently crafted, and immersing ourselves in the history of yoga, spiritualism, philosophy, meditation and pranayama. This program is led by Duncan Parviainen and exceptional guest faculty: Noelle, Oliver and Heidi. This program prides itself on its hands-on, intelligent, engaging and educational lectures that create extremely gifted, strong, passionate and smart yoga instructors and practitioners.
This program is for people who have graduated from a 200 hour yoga teacher training, this course will certify you to a 500HR level with Yoga Alliance. Our school is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
